Our mission: make delicious MSG-free ramen!

Right now it is very hard to find ramen that is free of chemical flavourings such as MSG. We want to change that!

We want to make a bowl of super delicious ramen by using only natural ingredients. And we are proud that our effort has been recognized  by Tripadvisor Travelers' Choice award. Hope we can share MSG-free ramen with everyone.

ABOUT our Ramen

Our ramen is freshly produced locally (not from dried noodles).

You can taste the difference. Our broths are cooked in 8 to 10 hours using only natural ingredients, allowing it to release all its natural flavours into the soup.
